We’re proud to be a San Francisco company and we’re even prouder to have been apart of the
annual SF Pride Parade! The Pride Parade is not only a celebration of LGBTQ rights, it’s a
celebration of the welcoming culture of life in San Francisco.
The LGBTQ community has come a long way since the Stonewall days and marketers have
come along with them. Bud Light set a great example in engaging the LGBTQ community with
their “Bud Light Bud Boyz” campaign, which started at the Chicago Pride celebration in 2012.
Other brands who have followed suit include Wells Fargo, Facebook and Google.
In 2012, we were also lucky enough to work with Chipotle for their Pride Parade campaign. We
staffed their float and our team distributed vouchers for free burritos and t­shirts. In 2014, we
worked with our long­time client Live Nation to promote the launch of Cirque De Soleil’s “Kurios”
show. Several teams distributed branded “Kurios” condoms at all Pride Parade events.

Both campaigns were effective because they were genuine and celebrated the unique qualities
of each brand. A successful campaign at Pride is about letting brand individuality shine through.
